General questions

What is Turizam Srbija?+
Turizam Srbija is a trilingual (Serbian, English and German) portal that brings together Serbia's finest destinations and accommodation in one place — mountains, lakes, spas, ethno villages, Belgrade apartments and stays across the country.
Is the portal free for guests?+
Yes, completely. Browsing destinations and accommodation, sending inquiries and reading reviews are free, with no registration required.
How do I book accommodation?+
On the listing's page fill in the inquiry form; the host replies, usually within 24 hours, and you arrange the details.
Is listing free for property owners?+
Yes — registering and posting a listing are free. You pay a commission only when we bring you guests, on a pay-on-results basis.
Can I list multiple properties?+
You can list as many as you like. Each is added separately — with its own title, description, up to 20 photos, a video, a map location and an availability calendar.
Which languages is the portal available in?+
Serbian, English and German. Every page has its own address in all three languages, so international guests can find it easily.
Can I leave a review?+
Yes. Reviews are left on the listing page and published after a short check to keep them trustworthy.
How do I contact support?+
Email us at info@turizamsrbija.com or message us on Viber/WhatsApp at +381 64 4598778, or use the contact form on the site.
Is paying by card on the site secure?+
Yes. All card payments go through 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard ID Check), where your bank confirms your identity. The connection is SSL-encrypted and we never store your card details on the portal.
Which cards can I use?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard, including debit and credit cards from local and foreign banks. Available payment methods are shown at the payment step.
What are 3-D Secure and CVV2?+
3-D Secure is an extra identity check during online payment (a password or confirmation in your bank app). CVV2 is the three-digit code on the back of your card confirming you physically hold it. Both protect against misuse.
What if I want to dispute a transaction?+
If goods or services are not delivered or do not match the description, contact the host first, then your bank to dispute the charge (chargeback). We are also here to help with any dispute.
